Compact 1080p HD-TVI bullet camera

The KT&C KEZ-c2CRB37 is a miniature outdoor bullet camera built for analog HD surveillance. It delivers a 1920 x 1080 resolution over coaxial cable using the HD-TVI standard. The IP67-rated metal housing protects the 1/2.7 inch CMOS sensor and 3.7 mm megapixel lens in exposed locations.

Upgrade from standard-definition analog

This camera replaces legacy CCTV cameras that cannot resolve 1080p detail. The jump is worth it when existing coaxial infrastructure must stay but sharper identification of faces or plates is required. It transmits up to 1000 feet on RG59 coax or 500 feet on a single Cat5e pair with an optional balun.

Handles 1080p30 over long cable runs

The sensor captures 1080p at 30 or 25 frames per second with adjustable 2D noise reduction for low-light clarity. Headroom extends to 1000 feet on RG59 without signal boosters. It runs out when a project demands IP networking, motorised varifocal optics or resolutions beyond 1920 x 1080.

Questions about this item

What size drill bit or bracket spacing does the 3‑axis mount on this bullet camera need?

The camera includes a 3‑axis metal bracket that allows wall or ceiling mounting; the housing is IP67 rated and the mount adjusts on three axes for aiming.

How do I configure the OSD on the KEZ‑c2CRB37, and what common step is missed?

Use the on‑camera 3‑axis joystick or up‑the‑cable Coaxitron control from a compatible recorder; the step often missed is selecting the correct HD‑TVI output mode (30 or 25 fps) in the OSD before finalising aim.

What maintenance does the IP67 housing and CMOS sensor require over time?

Clean the lens window periodically to maintain 1080p clarity; the sealed IP67 housing protects the 1/2.7″ CMOS sensor and 3.7 mm lens from dust and water ingress.
