A PTZ camera with 12x optical zoom, 1920x1080 resolution, 360° pan and IP66 weather resistance
The KT&C KPT-SPDN120HD is a pan-tilt-zoom camera built for analogue CCTV systems that need remote directional control. It delivers a 2.1 megapixel image through an HD-SDI output, making it suitable for installers upgrading existing coaxial infrastructure to full HD resolution.
The 1/3-inch SONY Progressive CMOS sensor captures at 1920 x 1080 pixels with a 12x optical zoom lens spanning 5 to 60 millimetres, supplemented by 10x digital zoom. Minimum illumination of 1 Lux combined with true day/night switching via an ICR mechanism maintains visibility in low light, while 3D DNR, WDR and BLC handle challenging contrast scenes.
This unit replaces static analogue cameras when a single mounting point must monitor large areas such as car parks, warehouses or perimeters. The 360-degree endless pan, 180-degree tilt and 210 preset positions with eight tours, scans and patterns automate patrol routes that would otherwise require multiple fixed cameras and additional cabling.
