KUNCAN 14 AWG SPT-3 Extension Cord

This KUNCAN power extension cord is a 25 ft SPT-3 cable rated at 14 AWG for 15 A at 125 V. It provides a grounded three-prong male-to-female connection designed for major appliances such as air conditioners and refrigerators. The cord is UL listed and uses 100 % pure copper conductors.

Sustained load performance

The 14 AWG conductors support continuous operation up to 1875 W without overheating. Vinyl insulation resists sunlight, moisture and abrasion during long runs. The flat SPT-3 construction keeps the cable cool under heavy-duty appliance loads.

Build quality and connectors

A right-angle flat plug sits flush against the wall so furniture can be placed close to the outlet. Grip grooves on the female end make plugging and unplugging easy. The low-profile design suits tight spaces behind appliances or along baseboards.

Questions about this item

Does the 14 AWG copper conductor stay cool when the cord runs at 15 amps all day?

The 14 AWG cord uses 100 % pure copper conductors rated for 15 A at 125 V, so it avoids overheating during continuous heavy-duty use.

What outlet and plug types must I already have for this 3-prong grounded extender to connect?

You need a standard NEMA 5-15 wall receptacle and a matching 3-prong appliance plug; the cord provides a male-to-female grounded connection between them.

Can I daisy-chain this 25-foot cord with older power strips without exceeding the 1875 W limit?

Yes, the flat SPT-3 cable is designed to link additional cords, strips or surge protectors as long as the total connected load stays at or below 1875 W.
