Holds foamcore, reflectors, flags and bounce cards with a 7" metal jaw that opens to 4.5" and a quick-release lever
The Kupo Duck Bill Clamp KG602612 secures foamcore, reflector boards, flags and bounce cards to flat surfaces. A quick-set mechanism locks the 7" Duckbill Plate Metal Jaw in place. A release lever on the handle unlocks with a simple press for fast changes on set. The clamp weighs 1.9lbs and is supplied new.
Swapping to this clamp cuts rigging time when you frequently reposition large flats or heavy bounce cards. The jump is worth it if you need single-handed locking and a 4.5" maximum jaw opening for thick materials. It is not for buyers who want a lighter clamp for thin gels or small flags.
The welded baby stud with embossed neck fits standard baby receivers and grip heads only. Flat items thicker than 4.5" cannot be clamped securely. The fixed 7" jaw width limits grip on very wide panels unless multiple clamps are used.

The clamp accepts flat items up to 4.5" thick, so it will hold foamcore, reflector boards, flags or bounce cards of that depth.
Press the release lever in the handle to unlock; the common error is trying to force the jaws open without depressing the lever first.
Check the embossed neck on the baby stud for wear or deformation after heavy use; replace the clamp if the stud no longer seats firmly in a baby receiver or grip head.
