L-com HGX-PMT07 Stationary Mast Mounting Kit 1-1/4 to 2 inch poles

SKU CH-DFBQ-MBBPQ

Mounting kit secures wireless access points or weatherproof enclosures to 1-1/4 to 2 inch poles using zinc-plated steel U-bolts and flange nuts

  • Secure mounting for 1-1/4" to 2" poles
  • Zinc-plated steel resists outdoor corrosion
  • Includes U-bolt base for stable installation
  • Replaces HGX-PMT13 U-bolts directly
  • Compatible with HyperLink weatherproof enclosures

Stationary Mast Mounting Kit

The L-com HGX-PMT07 is a stationary mast mounting kit designed for securing wireless access points or enclosures to poles. It fits mast diameters from 1-1/4 inches to 2 inches, covering 31.7mm to 50.8mm sizes. This hardware suits installers deploying outdoor networking equipment on standard poles.

Sustained outdoor mounting performance

The kit uses zinc-plated steel components including a 1/4-20 x 2 inch U-bolt with serrated flange nuts and a U-bolt base. These materials resist corrosion during long-term exposure to weather and vibration. The serrated flange nuts maintain clamping force on the mast without loosening over time.

Replacement compatibility for HGX-PMT13

This kit directly replaces the existing U-bolts from the HGX-PMT13 enclosure mounting kit. It allows HyperLink weatherproof enclosures to be mounted on the same range of pole diameters. Buyers needing different pole sizes or a non-stationary mount will need a different solution.

Questions about this item

How much wind-induced vibration will the 1/4-20 x 2" U-bolt transmit to a mounted AP during continuous operation?

The zinc-plated steel U-bolt with serrated flange nuts is designed to clamp firmly to 31.7 mm to 50.8 mm masts, minimising movement that could affect a wireless AP in sustained outdoor use.

Which mounting hardware must I already have on the AP or enclosure to attach this kit?

The kit replaces the HGX-PMT13 U-bolts, so the enclosure or AP needs the standard HGX-PMT13 mounting points to accept the supplied U-bolt base and 1/4-20 hardware.

Will the HGX-PMT07 fit the older HGX-PMT13 enclosure mounting pattern I currently use?

Yes, the kit is built to replace the existing HGX-PMT13 U-bolts, using the same 1/4-20 x 2" U-bolt and base to secure enclosures to 1-1/4" to 2" poles.
