Right-Angle USB 4.0 Type-C Magnetic Adapter

This adapter provides a 90-degree USB Type-C male-to-female connection for devices such as MacBook Pro or Air, ROG Ally, PS5 PSVR2, iPad Pro or Air, and Galaxy S20, S21 or S22. It uses a magnetic coupling that aligns and attaches without forcing the port. The right-angle shape keeps the cable close to the chassis in tight spaces.

Magnetic alignment eases insertion

The connector snaps into place when brought near the receptacle, so there is no need to line up the plug by feel. An LED indicator confirms that the link is active. Because the magnetic bond releases under tension, accidental cable pulls disconnect cleanly instead of stressing the socket or the adapter housing.

USB 4.0 interface caps data at 40Gbps

The adapter passes up to 40Gbps when paired with a compliant USB4 cable and host controller, but actual throughput depends on the connected device and cable quality. Video output reaches 8K at 60Hz or 4K at 120Hz only if the source, cable and display all support those modes. Power delivery tops out at 240W (5V/3A–48V/5A), yet the negotiated rate is limited by the charger and device capabilities.
