Four-pack toner refill kit for Ricoh CL3500 series

This Laser Tek Services refill kit contains four toner bottles designed for Ricoh CL-3500, CL-3500N and CL-3500DN printers using Type 165 cartridges. It suits offices or home users who want to refill their existing cartridges instead of buying new ones. The kit supports standard 5% page coverage printing.

Check your Ricoh printer model and cartridge type

Verify that your printer is a Ricoh CL-3500, CL-3500N or CL-3500DN and that the installed cartridges are labelled Type 165. Confirm the cartridges are physically intact and have not been refilled more than three times already. Ensure you have a clean workspace and basic tools for opening and refilling the toner hoppers.

Replaces buying new Type 165 cartridges

Each refill can be used up to three times per cartridge, reducing the cost per print by up to 50% compared with purchasing fresh OEM cartridges. The jump is worth it when your current cartridges are still mechanically sound and you want to lower running costs while recycling plastic waste.

Questions about this item

What does the 4-pack refill kit contain and is any tool or chip supplied?

The kit includes four bottles of toner formulated for Ricoh CL3500 series cartridges; no tools, chips or replacement cartridges are included.

How do I decide which colour bottles I need for my CL3500DN?

The four bottles correspond to the four colours used by the CL3500 series — black, cyan, magenta and yellow — so one kit refills all colours.

What does the 5 % coverage figure mean for actual page yield in my printer?

At the standard 5 % page coverage the refill delivers the same page count as an original Type 165 cartridge; heavier graphics will reduce the yield proportionally.
