Industrial Stretch Film Roll

This 15-inch wide, 393.7-foot long stretch film roll delivers industrial-grade tensile strength for pallet wrapping and load securement. Made from high-quality PE material, it offers a maximum stretch rate of 300 percent without breaking, even around sharp edges and corners. The self-adhering clear wrap ensures reliable containment during transport and storage. It suits logistics, warehouse, and household packing tasks.

Upgrade from Thin or Non-Cling Wraps

Switching from standard household cling film or lower-gauge wraps is worthwhile when loads shift in transit or film tears on irregular items. The 60-gauge thickness combined with 300 percent elongation eliminates the need for multiple overlapping layers. High transparency keeps labels and barcodes readable without unwrapping. Self-adhesion removes the requirement for tape or heat sealing on every turn.

Build-Around Needs: Dispenser and Core Support

The roll weighs .748 kilograms and measures 6.4008 by 6.604 by 40.005 centimeters, requiring a compatible dispenser or core holder for controlled application. No heat gun, strapping tools, or adhesive tapes are needed, freeing up bench space and reducing consumable costs. Ensure the wrapping station accommodates the 40-inch height for smooth unwinding. Suitable for single-operator use on standard pallets and furniture pieces.

Questions about this item

What size dispenser or core fits the 15-inch wide roll?

The roll measures 15 inches wide with a 40-inch overall dimension, so a dispenser or core that accepts a 15-inch face width and 40-inch roll diameter will fit.

How do I apply the film so it actually clings without unwinding?

Stretch the film up to 300 percent while wrapping, then overlap each layer by at least 50 percent; the self-adhering PE bonds to itself only when under tension, so releasing tension before the overlap is the step most people miss.

When should I replace a partially used roll?

Replace it when the remaining film no longer stretches to 300 percent, shows tears or clouding that hides labels, or the roll weight drops far below the original .748 kilograms, indicating insufficient length for a secure pallet wrap.
