Flexible 14.0" Touchscreen for Daily Work

The Lenovo Flex 5 is a 14.0 inch 2-in-1 laptop with a 360 degree hinge that switches between laptop and tablet modes. It suits students and mobile professionals who need a responsive Full HD touchscreen for note taking, sketching or presentations on the move.

Slim Bezel IPS Panel with Physical Webcam Shutter

Narrow bezels on four sides maximise the 1920 x 1080 IPS display area while keeping the chassis compact. A built in privacy shutter covers the webcam when not in use and the fingerprint reader adds quick biometric login. The grey finish uses a soft touch coating that resists fingerprints during frequent handling.

Efficient 6 Core Ryzen 5 4500U

The 4th Gen AMD Ryzen 5 4500U runs at 2.30 GHz across six cores to handle everyday multitasking without spinning loud fans. Integrated AMD Radeon graphics share the 16GB DDR4 memory pool for smooth video playback and light creative tasks. Wireless 802.11AC and BlueTooth 4.2 keep connections stable in typical office or home environments.

Questions about this item

What does the 802.11AC Wi‑Fi cap at in real‑world throughput?

The 802.11AC wireless adapter typically delivers several hundred megabits per second under normal conditions, limited by router capability, channel width and local interference.

What clearance does the 360° hinge need when the lid folds flat behind the keyboard?

The 360° hinge rotates the display fully around; allow enough desk depth for the lid to lie flat behind the base without hitting a wall or monitor stand.

How is Windows 10 Home upgraded to Windows 11 Pro on this unit, and what step is often missed?

Run the Windows 11 Installation Assistant or use the Settings > Update & Security path; the step often missed is enabling TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot in the BIOS before starting the upgrade.
