Compact All-in-One with dual storage

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q combines a 24-inch Full HD IPS display with an 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8500 hexa-core processor running up to 4.10 GHz. It ships with 32 GB of DDR4 memory, a 512 GB M.2 SSD plus a 1 TB hard drive, and Windows 11 Pro. A DVD-ROM drive, USB keyboard and mouse are included.

Fits space-constrained offices needing

This unit suits buyers who want a single-cable desktop with a built-in 24-inch monitor, ample mixed storage and 32 GB RAM for multitasking. It does not suit buyers who need a discrete graphics card, a larger display diagonal, or user-upgradeable graphics.

Sustained workloads on integrated graphics

The 65 W hexa-core CPU handles prolonged office tasks, video playback and light content creation without thermal throttling in the tiny chassis. Intel UHD Graphics shares system memory, so extended 3D or compute loads will run slower than on a discrete GPU. The 512 GB SSD keeps the OS responsive during long sessions.

Questions about this item

What must I already own to connect the USB keyboard and mouse?

You need a free USB Type-A port on the M720q for each device; the system provides multiple USB ports on the front and rear panels.

Will the Intel UHD Graphics drive my existing 1080p monitor alongside the built-in 24" FHD IPS display?

Yes, the integrated graphics supports dual-display output so you can extend or mirror the desktop to an external 1080p screen via the available video port.

How do I confirm the 512 GB M.2 SSD and 1 TB hard drive are both recognised after setup?

Open Settings, System, Storage in Windows 11 Pro; both drives will appear with their correct capacities and the SSD will be marked as the boot device.
