Compact all-in-one desktop

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q Tiny combines a 22-inch FHD IPS display with an 8th-generation Intel Core i7-8700 hexa-core processor in a single micro-form-factor chassis. Eight gigabytes of DDR4 memory and a 1 TB 2.5-inch SSD handle everyday workloads. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed alongside a USB keyboard and mouse.

Build integration

The integrated display removes the need for a separate monitor, cable and power brick on the desk. A built-in DVD-ROM drive reads legacy media while a USB wireless dongle supplies 5 GHz-capable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. The tiny footprint frees desk space for documents or peripherals.

Suitability

This unit suits offices, reception areas or home workspaces that want a clutter-free Windows 11 PC with a large screen and strong multi-threaded performance. Buyers who need discrete graphics, user-upgradeable memory beyond 32 GB or a larger internal drive bay should consider a tower configuration instead.

Questions about this item

Will the 65 W i7-8700 throttle during long workloads?

The processor runs at a 65 W base power and can reach 4.60 GHz with Intel Turbo Boost; sustained speeds depend on the tiny chassis cooling.

How loud and hot does the M720q get under all-day load?

The compact Micro form factor uses a small fan that spins up under load; expect noticeable airflow noise and warm exhaust after extended use.

What must I already own to use the 22 inch FHD IPS all-in-one?

The unit includes a USB keyboard, USB mouse, DVD-ROM drive and a USB Wi-Fi/BT dongle; only a power outlet is required.
