Compact All-in-One Desktop

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q Tiny integrates a 24-inch FHD IPS display with an 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8700 hexa-core processor reaching 4.60 GHz. It ships with 8 GB DDR4 memory, a 512 GB SSD and Windows 11 Pro. The micro form factor suits office workers and home users who need a space-saving, ready-to-use system.

Compatibility Check

Verify that your desk can accommodate a 24-inch all-in-one footprint and that you have a free USB port for the included Wi-Fi and Bluetooth dongle. The unit includes a DVD-ROM drive and ships with a USB keyboard and mouse. Confirm your peripheral cables and network environment match the provided connectivity options.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The 65 W processor and integrated Intel UHD Graphics share the compact thermal envelope, so extended multi-core workloads will trigger frequency scaling to manage heat. Expect steady performance for typical productivity tasks, while prolonged heavy compute or graphics loads will run at reduced clocks compared to short bursts.

Questions about this item

Does the 24" All-in-One arrive with the keyboard and mouse, or must they be purchased separately?

The Lenovo USB keyboard and USB mouse are included in the box, so no separate purchase is needed for basic input devices.

The title lists an i7-8700 with 8 GB DDR4 and a 512 GB SSD — are larger memory or storage options available on this specific unit?

This unit is configured with 8 GB DDR4 and a 2.5" 512 GB SSD; the specification shows a maximum of 32 GB DDR4 and dual-drive support, but the supplied configuration is fixed as listed.

What does the 4.60 GHz turbo figure mean for everyday workloads on the Intel UHD Graphics system?

The 4.60 GHz turbo is the peak single-core speed of the 6-core i7-8700; sustained performance will be lower, and the integrated Intel UHD Graphics handles office tasks and video playback but is not suited for demanding 3D work.
