Compact all-in-one desktop

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q Tiny combines an 8th-generation Intel Core i7-8700 hexa-core processor, 16 GB of DDR4 memory and dual solid-state storage in a micro form-factor chassis that includes a 22-inch Full HD IPS panel. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed and a USB keyboard and mouse are supplied, so the system is ready for immediate deployment in office or home-office environments.

Suited to users who need a space-saving.

This unit fits buyers who want a complete desktop with integrated screen, wired peripherals and wireless connectivity via the included USB dongle. It is not for users who require a discrete graphics card, internal expansion slots, a touchscreen panel or a larger display diagonal than the built-in 22-inch panel provides.

Processor determines workload capacity

The Intel Core i7-8700 delivers six cores and twelve threads with a base frequency of 3.20 GHz and a maximum turbo frequency of 4.60 GHz within a 65 W thermal envelope. That performance level defines whether the system can handle your intended multi-threaded applications or if a higher-class CPU is required.

Questions about this item

What is included in the box and do I need to buy a keyboard, mouse or monitor separately?

The system ships with a Lenovo USB keyboard, USB mouse and the integrated 22-inch FHD IPS display so no separate monitor or input devices are required.

Which storage combination should I choose between the M.2 drive and the 2.5-inch SSD?

This unit already provides a 128 GB M.2 SSD for the operating system plus a 1 TB SSD for data, giving both fast boot and large capacity in one configuration.

How does the 4.60 GHz turbo speed affect real-world performance in this all-in-one?

The Intel Core i7-8700 reaches 4.60 GHz on turbo for short bursts, while the 65 W TDP and compact Micro chassis keep sustained speeds lower during long workloads.
