Compact All-in-One Desktop

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q Tiny is a new all-in-one desktop that includes a 24 inch FHD IPS monitor. It runs on an 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8500 hexa-core processor with a base clock of 3.0 GHz and a turbo boost up to 4.1 GHz. The system provides 16 GB of DDR4 UDIMM memory and a 1 TB 3.5 inch hard drive for storage. Windows 10 Pro comes pre-installed alongside a USB keyboard and mouse.

DDR4 Memory and Connectivity Limits

Memory uses DDR4 UDIMM modules in a 240-pin DIMM form factor with a maximum supported capacity of 32 GB. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics rely on shared system memory for display output. Wireless connectivity is delivered through a USB dongle capable of 5 GHz operation rather than an internal card. The micro form factor case limits internal expansion compared to larger tower designs.

Hexa-Core Processor Defines Workload Fit

The six-core i5-8500 processor operating at 65 W determines the desktop's capacity for multitasking and business applications. Buyers who need discrete graphics performance for rendering or gaming should look elsewhere. The single 1 TB hard drive may not satisfy users requiring faster solid-state storage or larger capacity. This configuration suits general office productivity and web-based workflows.
