Compact Business Desktop

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q Tiny desktop delivers a hexa-core Intel Core i5-8500 processor with a 65W thermal design in a micro form factor chassis. It ships with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed and includes a USB keyboard and mouse. This configuration suits office environments that need a small footprint without sacrificing multi-threaded responsiveness.

Simple Peripheral Setup

Installation consists of connecting power, display, and the bundled USB keyboard and mouse. Wireless connectivity is provided by an included USB dongle capable of 5 GHz operation. The 256 GB M.2 drive holds the operating system while the 1 TB SSD provides additional storage capacity. Memory expansion is possible up to 32 GB using DDR4 UDIMM modules.

Sustained Office Workloads

The 65W processor maintains its 3.0 GHz base frequency during extended productivity tasks such as document editing, web browsing, and video conferencing. Intel UHD Graphics handles standard business display output without discrete GPU heat. The dual-drive arrangement keeps the system responsive when both the OS volume and data volume are accessed simultaneously. Buyers needing discrete graphics performance or more than 32 GB of memory should consider other form factors.
