Compact all-in-one desktop

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q Tiny integrates an Intel Core i7-8700 hexa-core processor with 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 1 TB hard drive. It ships with Windows 10 Pro, a 24 inch monitor, USB keyboard and mouse. The micro form factor suits offices that need a complete workstation in a small footprint.

Practical limits of the integrated platform

Intel UHD Graphics relies on shared system memory, so 3D workloads and multi-monitor setups beyond the included display will be constrained. The single 3.5 inch drive bay and DDR4 UDIMM slots cap storage expansion at the supported 32 GB memory ceiling. Optical media is handled by a DVD-ROM drive only.

Check your existing setup before ordering

Verify that the pre-installed Windows 10 Pro licence meets your software compatibility requirements. Confirm the USB Wi-Fi dongle satisfies your wireless security standards. Ensure the all-in-one chassis fits the intended desk space and that the single drive configuration matches your backup strategy.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 16 GB DDR4 or the 32 GB DDR4 configuration?

The 16 GB DDR4 UDIMM handles everyday workloads well; the 32 GB DDR4 option provides more headroom for heavier multitasking and larger datasets.

What does the 4.6 GHz turbo frequency mean for real-world performance?

The Intel Core i7-8700 hexa-core processor reaches up to 4.60 GHz with Intel Turbo Boost Technology, delivering higher single-thread speed during demanding tasks.

Which display interface does the M720q Tiny use for the included 24" FHD IPS monitor?

The all-in-one design integrates the 24" FHD IPS panel directly into the chassis, so no external video cable or separate interface is required.
