Compact All-in-One Desktop

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q is a micro-form-factor all-in-one PC with a 22-inch FHD IPS display built in. An 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8700 hexa-core processor reaches 4.60 GHz with 12 MB cache. 16 GB DDR4 memory and a 512 GB 2.5-inch SSD come pre-installed. Windows 11 Pro, USB keyboard and mouse are included.

Space-Saving Office Workstation

Suits buyers who need a complete, ready-to-use system that occupies minimal desk space and includes a monitor. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics handle everyday productivity but cannot drive demanding 3D workloads. The compact chassis limits internal expansion, so users who require discrete graphics or additional drive bays should consider a tower form factor.

Memory and Storage Headroom

16 GB DDR4 covers typical multitasking and office suites with room for several browser tabs and background apps. The 512 GB SSD provides fast boot and application load times for OS and core programs. Heavy media libraries, virtual machines or large project files will fill the drive quickly, and the 32 GB DDR4 ceiling means memory upgrades stop at double the current capacity.

Questions about this item

Do I need to supply my own display cable for the 22" FHD IPS screen?

The display is integrated into the all-in-one chassis, so no separate cable is required; the system ships ready to use with Windows 11 Pro.

Can I keep my existing DDR4 UDIMM modules when upgrading this M720q?

The unit uses DDR4 UDIMM memory in a 240-pin DIMM form factor and supports up to 32 GB total, so compatible modules can be retained.

How do I confirm the Intel UHD Graphics driver is active after setup?

Open Device Manager, expand Display adapters, and verify Intel UHD Graphics appears without error codes.
