Compact all-in-one desktop for business users

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q Tiny integrates a 22-inch FHD IPS display with an 8th-generation Intel Core i7-8700 processor running at 3.20 GHz and boosting to 4.60 GHz. It provides 8 GB of DDR4 memory, a 128 GB M.2 SSD for the operating system and a 1 TB hard drive for bulk storage. Windows 10 Pro, a USB keyboard, a USB mouse and a USB Wi-Fi/Bluetooth dongle are included.

Dual-drive storage upgrade from single-drive systems

This configuration replaces older PCs that rely on a single mechanical drive by pairing a fast M.2 SSD with a high-capacity 1 TB hard drive. The jump is worthwhile when boot times, application launches and large-file handling need to improve without sacrificing total capacity.

Suits office workers needing a space-saving

It suits professionals who want a tidy desk footprint with a built-in screen and wired peripherals included. Buyers who require a discrete graphics card, more than 8 GB of memory out of the box, or a newer Windows version should consider other options.

Questions about this item

Will the 240-pin DDR4 memory modules fit inside the Micro form-factor chassis?

Yes, the system uses standard 240-pin DDR4 UDIMM modules and the Micro case accepts them directly.

Is the M.2 SSD already populated with Windows 10 Pro, or must I install the OS myself?

Windows 10 Pro comes pre-installed on the 128 GB M.2 drive, so no separate installation step is required.

Can the 8 GB of DDR4 memory be expanded later, and what is the maximum supported?

The platform supports up to 32 GB of DDR4, so you can add further modules up to that limit.
