14" Touchscreen Ultrabook

The Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 1 is a 14-inch Full HD IPS touchscreen laptop powered by a 10th Gen Intel Core i7-10510U quad-core processor with 8 GB of DDR4 memory and a 512 GB SSD. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and includes Intel UHD Graphics using shared system memory.

Mobile professionals needing pen input

The touchscreen and convertible form factor suit users who annotate documents or present on the move. Buyers who need discrete graphics performance or more than 48 GB of memory should look at other configurations.

Single memory slot limits upgrades

The system provides one SO-DIMM slot alongside 8 GB of soldered memory, capping total capacity at 48 GB. This constraint decides whether the laptop can meet future workload demands.

Questions about this item

Does the 10th Gen Intel Core i7-10510U require a specific DDR4-2666 SODIMM to reach the 48 GB maximum?

The system ships with 8 GB soldered DDR4-2666 and has one free SODIMM slot; adding a compatible DDR4-2666 module brings total memory up to 48 GB.

Will my older HDMI 1.4 monitor run at 1920 x 1080 from the T14 Gen 1 HDMI 1.4b port?

Yes, the HDMI 1.4b output supports 1920 x 1080 resolution, so an older 1080p monitor will work at its native resolution.

How can I confirm the 512 GB SSD is recognised at full speed after Windows 11 Pro setup?

Open Task Manager, select the Performance tab, choose the drive, and verify the reported capacity shows 512 GB with active read/write throughput.
