Business ultraportable for mobile professionals

The ThinkPad T14s Gen 4 is a 14.0" Windows 11 Pro laptop built around a 10-core Intel Core i7-1365U with 32GB of DDR5 memory and a 256GB NVMe SSD. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics drive the 1920 x 1200 WUXGA panel. Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI 2.0 handle external displays while Wifi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 provide wireless connectivity.

Installation is straightforward out of the box

Windows 11 Pro is pre-loaded and the included AC adapter matches the original specification. The only common friction point is the soldered memory which prevents any future RAM upgrade so the 32GB configuration is fixed for the life of the device.

Verify your workflow fits the fixed specification

Confirm that 256GB of NVMe storage and the non-touch WUXGA screen meet daily needs because neither can be changed later. Check that the two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports and two Thunderbolt 4 Type-C ports cover every peripheral you plan to connect since there is no Ethernet RJ-45 port on the chassis.
