15.6" Touchscreen Ultrabook for Business Users

The Lenovo ThinkPad T15 Gen 1 is a 15.6 inch FHD IPS touchscreen laptop built for professionals who need a reliable Windows 11 Pro machine. It combines a 10th Gen Intel Core i7-10510U quad-core processor with 8 GB of DDR4 memory and a 2 TB SSD. The compact ultrabook form factor suits mobile work and office docking.

8 GB Onboard Memory With One Expansion Slot

The system ships with 8 GB of DDR4 2666 soldered to the board and a single SO-DIMM slot available for upgrades up to 48 GB total. Buyers who need more memory out of the box must plan an immediate module installation. The 2 TB solid-state drive provides ample capacity for large local datasets and applications.

Integrated Graphics and Efficient Cooling

Intel UHD Graphics uses shared system memory for video output across HDMI and Thunderbolt 3 ports. The low-power quad-core CPU runs at a 1.8 GHz base with a 4.40 GHz turbo, keeping thermal output modest during typical productivity workloads. Fan noise remains low in standard office use while the chassis dissipates heat effectively.

Questions about this item

How does the 4.40 GHz turbo frequency perform in everyday workloads?

The Core i7-10510U can reach 4.40 GHz on short bursts, so web browsing, office apps and video playback feel snappy, while sustained loads settle at lower clocks to manage heat.

What does the Thunderbolt 3 port support on this laptop?

One Thunderbolt 3 port handles data, video and charging through a single USB-C connector, compatible with Thunderbolt docks, high-speed storage and external displays.

What RAM upgrades fit the single available slot?

One DDR4 2666 SO-DIMM slot is free; adding a module brings total memory up to the 48 GB maximum supported by the system.
