AI-Ready Mobile Workstation

The Lenovo ThinkPad T1g Gen 8 is a new 16-inch laptop built for creatives and power users who need reliable performance for demanding tasks. It combines an Intel Core Ultra 7 265H vPro processor with dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics in a portable chassis. Enterprise-grade security and manageability features support professional environments. This system targets users who require high-speed computing and visual rendering on the move.

64 GB LPCAMM2 Memory and 2 TB Storage

Sixty-four gigabytes of high-speed LPCAMM2 memory provides substantial headroom for complex multitasking and large dataset manipulation. The two-terabyte solid-state drive offers ample capacity for project files, applications and operating system overhead. Memory-intensive workflows such as video editing or 3D rendering operate comfortably within this configuration. Workloads exceeding 64 GB of active memory or requiring more than 2 TB of local storage will need external solutions.

Intel Core Ultra 7 265H vPro

The Intel Core Ultra 7 265H vPro processor delivers P-core speeds up to 5.30 GHz and E-core speeds up to 4.50 GHz for AI-accelerated compute. An NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 laptop GPU with 8 GB of GDDR7 memory handles graphics rendering and GPU-accelerated tasks. The 16-inch WQUXGA IPS display covers 100% DCI-P3 at 800 nits with HDR 400 support. Bluetooth 5.0 and a 4-cell battery complete the core connectivity and power package. Builders needing a second GPU or alternative display specifications should consider other configurations.

Questions about this item

Will the 60 Hz IPS panel and RTX 5060 8 GB GDDR7 work with an older external monitor that only supports 30 Hz over HDMI?

Yes — the laptop’s 60 Hz internal display and dedicated RTX 5060 GPU can drive an external monitor at its native 30 Hz limit without any compatibility issues.

How can I verify the Intel Core Ultra 7 265H vPro is reaching its 5.30 GHz P-core boost after setup?

Open Task Manager’s Performance tab or a hardware monitor and watch the P-core frequency climb to 5.30 GHz during a heavy single-thread load such as Cinebench.

Does the box include a stylus or dock for the 16" 3840 x 2400 anti-glare screen, or must I buy them separately?

The shipment contains the laptop, 4-cell battery and power adapter only; any stylus or docking station is a separate purchase.
