ThinkPad T450 14.0" i5-5300U 16GB 256GB SSD

This 14.0-inch laptop ships with Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit, an Intel Core i5-5300U processor at 2.30 GHz, 16GB DDR3L memory and a SATA 2.5" 256GB SSD. It targets office workers and students who need a compact, fully functional machine for everyday productivity, web browsing and document work without a touchscreen.

Verify power port compatibility and docking needs

The unit includes an AC adapter but lacks Bluetooth; confirm your peripherals can connect via USB or the available audio ports. Integrated graphics handle only light visual tasks, so buyers who need discrete GPU performance for rendering or modern gaming should look elsewhere.

Sustained workloads stay cool within the chassis

The low-power i5-5300U and integrated graphics generate modest heat, allowing the internal fan to maintain stable clocks during long document sessions or video playback. Heavy multi-core tasks such as video encoding will throttle after several minutes, so the system suits bursty office loads better than continuous compute.
