ThinkPad T480 business laptop

The Lenovo ThinkPad T480 is a 14.0 inch HD laptop powered by an Intel Core i5-8250U quad-core processor with a 3.40 GHz turbo frequency. It ships with 8GB DDR4 memory and a new 500GB SATA SSD. No operating system is included, so the buyer installs their preferred platform.

Suits office and education users

This configuration suits buyers who need a reliable 14 inch device for document work, web browsing and video calls using the integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 and built-in webcam. It is not for users who require a touchscreen, a higher resolution panel or a discrete graphics processor for creative or gaming workloads.

Simple memory and storage access

The chassis provides two memory slots supporting up to 32 GB total capacity and a 2.5 inch SATA drive bay for the included SSD. Installation is straightforward with standard tools; the main issue buyers encounter is forgetting to acquire an operating system licence before first boot.
