Business ultrabook for mobile professionals

The Lenovo ThinkPad T480s is a 14-inch Windows 11 Pro laptop built around an 8th-generation Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor running at 1.90 GHz with a 4.20 GHz boost. It ships with 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 256 GB SSD, driving a 1920 x 1080 IPS non-touch display through integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620.

Straightforward setup with one cosmetic note

The unit arrives with the OEM AC adapter and Windows 11 Pro pre-installed, so first boot is a matter of connecting power and following the out-of-box experience. The supplier grades these as Grade A cosmetic condition, meaning light scratches or minor blemishes may be present even though all components have passed functional testing.

Verify port and storage needs before ordering

Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 4, Bluetooth 4.1, HDMI, two USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports (one always-on) and two USB-C ports that support Power Delivery, DisplayPort and data transfer. The 256 GB drive is the only internal storage fitted; buyers who want more capacity or a second drive should confirm whether the chassis supports an additional M.2 SATA or NVME module before purchase.
