Purpose-built business laptop

The Lenovo ThinkPad T570 is a 15.6-inch notebook designed for office professionals and mobile workers who need a durable Windows 10 Pro machine. It runs on a 7th Gen Intel Core i5-7300U dual-core processor with a base speed of 2.6 GHz and supports up to 3.5 GHz. The system includes 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 128 GB SSD for the operating system and core applications.

Suited for standard productivity, not heavy media

This configuration fits users who rely on web apps, email, document editing and video calls. The integrated Intel HD Graphics 620 and 1920 x 1080 IPS panel handle typical business visuals well. Buyers who need more local storage for large media libraries, dedicated graphics for 3D rendering or a touchscreen interface should look at something else.

Connectivity and durability included

The chassis provides HDMI output, three USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports and one USB Type-C port for peripherals and external displays. Wi-Fi 4 and Bluetooth combo support wireless networking and accessories. A built-in webcam enables conferencing out of the box. The laptop has passed 12 military-grade durability tests and over 200 quality checks for field reliability.

Questions about this item

Does this laptop need a separate operating-system licence, or does the pre-installed Windows 10 Pro cover it?

Windows 10 Pro is already installed and activated on the 128 GB SSD, so no extra licence is required.

Can I keep using my existing USB 3.0 flash drives and external hard drives with the three USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports?

Yes, the three USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports are fully backward-compatible with USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 devices.

After first boot, how can I verify the Intel Core i5-7300U is reaching its 3.50 GHz turbo speed under load?

Open Task Manager, select the Performance tab, choose CPU, then run a heavy task; the clock speed should rise toward 3.50 GHz when thermal headroom allows.
