The Lexmark MX826ADXE is a mono multifunction laser printer designed for workgroups that need fast, reliable document production. It prints at 70 ppm with 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution and includes a 10-inch e-Task colour touch screen for direct job control. A 2100-sheet high-capacity tray supports long runs without frequent reloading. The flatbed scanner with single-pass duplex ADF handles two-sided originals in one pass.

Sustained Throughput and Paper Handling

The 2750-sheet total input capacity feeds continuous print jobs while the engine maintains its rated 70 ppm mono speed. Automatic duplex printing keeps double-sided output flowing without manual intervention. The single-pass duplex ADF scans both sides of a page simultaneously, keeping copy and scan workflows moving at the same pace as printing. Gigabit Ethernet provides a stable network link for heavy queue traffic.

Interface and Fax Constraints

The fax modem tops out at 33,600 bps using V.34 half-duplex signalling, limiting transmission speed to that standard. Optical scan resolution is fixed at 600 dpi, so captured detail cannot exceed that density. The USB and Ethernet ports are the only wired interfaces included; wireless capability is an optional extra. The unit replaces the MX812DE but shares no other compatibility guarantees.
