The integrated drive bay lets the device read large media libraries directly from an installed SATA drive, while also accepting USB Type-C drives, USB drives and SD cards formatted with FAT32, exFAT, NTFS or Mac file systems. Buyers who require network-based content management or multiple video outputs should consider alternative solutions.

Questions about this item

Does the 200 Mbps H.265 bitrate cap cause stutter on complex 4K scenes?

The player decodes H.265/HEVC up to 200 Mbps at 4K 60 Hz; content exceeding that rate may drop frames.

How hot does the aluminium chassis get when looping 4K@60Hz signage all day?

The fanless metal body runs warm but stays within safe limits during continuous 4K 60 Hz playback.

Which 2.5" SATA drive do I need to install before the enclosure works?

Any 2.5" SATA HDD or SSD fits the internal bay; the drive is not included.
