What this laptop is and who it suits

The LG Gram 17Z90S-V.APC3U1 is a 17.0 inch Windows 11 Pro notebook weighing very little for its screen size. It uses an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H processor with a 4.50 GHz turbo frequency and 16 GB of memory. The 512 GB PCI Express NVMe 4.0 SSD provides fast storage for documents and applications. Buyers who want a larger display without the usual bulk will find it fits that need.

Limits of the 60 Hz IPS panel

The 2560 x 1600 WQXGA IPS display runs at 60 Hz and does not support touch input. Intel Arc integrated graphics share system memory rather than using dedicated video memory. This combination handles office work, web browsing and video playback smoothly. It is not suited for buyers who want high-refresh gaming, professional colour grading or hardware-accelerated 3D rendering workloads.

The single spec that decides fit

The 16 GB memory is soldered and cannot be upgraded after purchase. If your workflow regularly exceeds this capacity — such as running multiple virtual machines, large datasets or heavy creative suites — this model will not meet the requirement. For users whose daily tasks stay within 16 GB, the configuration delivers a balanced experience in a lightweight 17 inch chassis.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 16 GB / 512 GB model or look for a different capacity?

This model ships with 16 GB of memory and a 512 GB NVMe 4.0 SSD; both are soldered or single-slot with no user-accessible upgrade path, so pick this configuration only if the capacity meets your workload.

What does the 4.50 GHz turbo frequency deliver in everyday use?

The Core Ultra 5 125H can boost to 4.50 GHz on a single core for short bursts, giving snappy responsiveness in office apps and light creative tasks before thermal limits lower clocks.

What does Thunderbolt 4 on the USB-C ports actually cap in practice?

Each USB-C port supports Thunderbolt 4 for data, video and charging, allowing up to two external displays and high-speed peripherals through a single cable.
