Desk Tape Dispenser 3 Inch Core

The Lichamp MTD-0128BK is a desktop tape dispenser built for rolls with a 3 inch core and tape width up to 1 inch. Its weighted plastic base and non-skid pad keep the unit steady during one-handed dispensing. A high-quality blade cuts tape cleanly. The dispenser measures 8.07 L x 3.15 W x 3.74 H inches and weighs 3.4 lb. Roll tape is not included.

Core Size and Width Limits

This dispenser accepts only rolls that have a 3 inch core diameter and a maximum tape width of 1 inch. Standard small-core office rolls with a 1 inch core will not fit on the spindle. The fixed blade and tension design are calibrated for that core size, so forcing an incompatible roll can cause feeding issues or blade damage.

Surface and Roll Compatibility Check

Before ordering, confirm your tape rolls use a 3 inch core and are no wider than 1 inch. Verify the desk or countertop area provides a flat, stable surface at least 8.07 inches deep by 3.15 inches wide for the weighted base to grip. Ensure the 3.4 lb weight is acceptable for the intended location.

Questions about this item

Does the MTD-0128BK handle only 3-inch cores or other sizes too?

The dispenser works with both 1-inch and 3-inch cores, so you can use standard office rolls as well as larger masking or painter's tape rolls.

How does the 3.4 lb weight affect one-hand dispensing?

The weighted base and non-skid pad keep the unit steady, letting you pull and tear tape with one hand while the dispenser stays in place.

What tape width does the 44102000 model actually cut?

The blade accommodates tape up to 1 inch wide, matching the stated suitable width for the dispenser.
