SDI Streaming Encoder for Live Production
The Lilliput SE1117 accepts a single SDI input and provides an SDI loop output alongside an analogue audio input. It encodes video using H.265 or H.264 at up to 1080p60 and can stream to major platforms without a connected computer.
Protocol Limits at 1080p60
The encoder tops out at 1080p60, so higher resolutions or frame rates are not supported. Dual-stream output lets you send a main and a sub stream simultaneously, but total bandwidth depends on the chosen protocol and network conditions.
Replaces Software-Based Streaming Rigs
This unit replaces a capture card plus PC encoding setup for SDI sources, cutting hardware count and eliminating driver maintenance. The jump is worth it when you need a compact, standalone appliance that runs continuously for events, medical broadcasts or IPTV distribution.

Questions about this item
Which input should I use — the single SDI input or the SDI loop out?
The SDI input receives your source signal; the SDI loop out passes that same signal through to another device so you can monitor or record locally while streaming.
What does the 1080p60 figure mean when the encoder is running live?
It means the unit can encode a full 1080-line progressive picture at 60 frames per second, giving smooth motion for fast sports or gaming streams.
Which streaming protocols does the SE1117 actually support over its network port?
It handles RTSP, RTP, RTMPS, RTMP, HTTP, UDP and SRT, plus unicast and multicast delivery, so you can push to most CDNs or pull from a local player.
