Professional Manual Grease Gun

The Lincoln 1148 is a lever-action grease gun built for technicians who service heavy equipment, fleet vehicles or industrial machinery. It accepts 14 1/2 oz cartridges or 16 oz of bulk grease and develops up to 10,000 psi for demanding lubrication points.

Variable Stroke Pressure Control

The gun delivers 28 strokes per ounce and features a variable stroke mechanism that lets the operator switch between full and partial strokes. This control helps manage flow at the 10,000 psi ceiling without over-pressurising sensitive fittings.

Rigid Pipe Extension and Metal Construction

A 6 in rigid metal pipe extends the reach into tight joints while the all-metal tube resists denting and solvent damage. The 21 3/4 in overall length provides leverage for high-pressure delivery and the standard tether point allows a lanyard to be added for overhead work.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 14 1/2 oz cartridge or the 16 oz bulk capacity?

Choose the 14 1/2 oz cartridge for quick swaps or the 16 oz bulk fill for fewer refills; both fit the same gun.

What does the 6000 psi rating mean when I am greasing a fitting?

The gun develops up to 6000 psi at the nozzle, enough to force grease through tight joints and blocked passages.

How does the variable stroke lever affect pressure output?

Variable stroke lets you use short strokes for high-pressure 6000 psi delivery or full strokes for higher volume per stroke.
