Lever-Handle Grease Gun for Maintenance Tasks

The Liquidynamics 500141F is a manual grease gun built for technicians who service gear boxes, small transmissions and unions. It accepts bulk loading and works with light oils and flowable greases. The lever handle and variable-stroke action give the user direct control over every application.

16 oz Bulk Capacity with 5800 psi Peak Pressure

The steel tube holds 16 ounces of lubricant, delivering roughly one ounce every 21 strokes at full stroke. Maximum operating pressure reaches 5,800 psi, so the gun handles high-pressure fittings without strain. The 12-inch flexible hose extends reach into tight joints while keeping the tool body clear.

Steel Construction and Compact Length for Handheld

At 15 inches overall, the gun remains manageable during extended jobs and fits in standard tool drawers. The gray steel tube resists deformation under load and the tether point accepts a standard accessory for drop prevention. No external power source is needed, so operation stays quiet and free of compressor hose clutter.

Questions about this item

Will the 12 in hose reach the fittings on my older gear boxes without an extra extension?

The included 12 in flex hose extends from the 15 in tool body, giving enough reach for most gear boxes and small transmissions without additional parts.

How can I confirm the gun is delivering the rated 5800 psi during use?

Each full stroke displaces a measured volume; 21 strokes per ounce at the variable stroke setting indicates the pump is building the specified maximum operating pressure.

Does the 16 oz bulk capacity come pre-filled or do I need to buy grease separately?

The gun ships empty; you must supply light oils or flowable greases separately to fill the 16 oz steel tube before first use.
