Vehicle Compatibility

This 9-inch head unit runs Android 13 with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. It is built for Dodge Ram 1500 2500 3500 models from 2013 to 2019 equipped with manual air-conditioning. The package includes the necessary cables, frame and a CAN-BUS module for integration.

Installation Notes

The unit fits the factory dashboard opening and connects through the supplied wiring harness and CAN-BUS adapter. Professional fitting is recommended because the manual-AC dashboard layout differs from the automatic-AC version and incorrect wiring can disable steering-wheel controls or climate display.

Buyer Guidance

Owners of compatible Dodge Ram trucks with manual climate control who want wireless CarPlay and Android Auto will find this a direct replacement. Buyers with automatic air-conditioning, different model years or vehicles outside the 1500 2500 3500 range should look at a different unit.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 9 inch 1080P touchscreen is responding correctly after installation?

The capacitive screen should react instantly to light touches and display the Android 13 home menu at full 1080P clarity; test by opening the Zlink5 app and verifying wireless CarPlay launches without lag.

Which cables and frames are included for my 2013-2019 Ram 1500 2500 3500 with manual AC?

The package supplies every harness, the CAN-BUS module and the dash frame needed for a direct fit in manual-AC models; no extra wiring or brackets are required.

Should I choose the 2GB RAM 32GB ROM version or a 64GB variant for offline maps and media?

This listing is the 2GB RAM 32GB ROM configuration; if you store large offline map packs or video libraries, the 64GB models provide double the internal space.
