Ultra-lightweight grip for bat sports

The Lizard Skins DSP Ultra Outburst Bat Grip Tape is a .5 mm thick wrap designed for baseball, softball, hockey and lacrosse. Its full adhesive back and pre-cut ends suit wood, aluminium or composite bats. The textured pattern delivers non-slip performance in all weather conditions. Players seeking a thin, tacky feel will appreciate the direct connection it provides.

Sustained comfort and vibration control

The grip reduces vibration transmitted to the hands during repeated contact, helping maintain a relaxed hold over long sessions. Its durable construction resists wear from daily practice and game use. Moisture does not degrade the tacky surface, so control stays consistent in rain or humidity. The material retains its feel without hardening or peeling under extended play.

Check bat length and taper preference

Each roll measures 39 inches and includes a finish strip for a clean end. Verify that this length covers your bat handle from knob to barrel transition. The .5 mm thickness adds minimal diameter, so confirm you prefer a slim profile over a padded wrap. No tools are required, but ensure the handle is clean before applying the adhesive.
