Synthetic Winch Line 100 ft

The Lockjaw 20-0500100 is a synthetic winch line measuring 1/2 in diameter and 100 ft length. It suits off-road recovery and utility tasks requiring a working load limit of 10,700 lb. The gray and red construction identifies the line on the trail.

Integrated Shackle Included

An integrated shackle ships with the line so no separate hardware is needed for a secure connection. This reduces the number of components to carry and speeds up rigging during recovery. The one-year manufacturer warranty covers the assembly.

Lightweight Synthetic Build

Synthetic fiber weighs less than steel cable of the same rating and does not develop sharp burrs. The material resists kinking and stores flat on the drum. California Proposition 65 warnings apply to chemicals in the product.

Questions about this item

How often should the synthetic line be inspected and when does it need replacing?

Inspect the line before every use for cuts, abrasion or UV damage; replace it immediately if fibres are broken or the sheath shows significant wear.

What is the maximum load the winch line can sustain continuously?

The working load limit is 10,700 lb; do not exceed this value during sustained pulling.

Does the synthetic rope generate heat or require power during all-day winching?

The line itself produces no heat and needs no power; only the winch motor draws current and warms up during extended operation.
