Loctite 572108 Plunger Gray 10:1 50 mL

Plunger for 50 mL Dual Cartridges

This Loctite 572108 plunger is a manual applicator designed for 50 mL dual cartridges with a 10:1 mixing ratio. It suits technicians and maintenance teams who need precise, hand-powered dispensing of two-part sealants or adhesives. The gray plunger body matches standard cartridge dimensions for reliable fit.

Hand-operated tool for bench or field use

The applicator requires no external power source, compressed air, or battery, freeing the operator from hoses or charging downtime. It accepts the cartridge pair directly, so no separate mixing nozzles or static mixers are needed beyond what the cartridge system provides. Its manual action gives full control over flow rate during assembly or repair tasks.

Dispenses 50 mL per cartridge set at 10:1

Each full cycle delivers the complete 50 mL volume at the fixed 10:1 ratio, suitable for bonding, sealing, or potting jobs sized to that capacity. Larger continuous beads or multiple joints will need additional cartridge sets, as the tool holds only one pair at a time. Very high-volume production lines will find the manual cycle rate limiting compared with pneumatic or electric systems.
