Ten-pack of two-port surface-mount boxes

This Logico kit contains ten white surface-mount boxes, each accepting two keystone jacks. They are intended for locations where in-wall cabling with wall plates is not practical. Mounting screws and double-sided tape are supplied with every unit. Keystone jacks themselves are not included.

Suits installers adding drops to finished walls

The boxes work well for retrofit projects, surface-run cable routes or temporary drops where cutting drywall is undesirable. They are not suited for flush-mount installations that require a standard wall-plate opening. Buyers who need a single-gang or larger multi-port wall plate should look elsewhere. The kit also assumes the installer already has the keystone connectors required.

Fits any standard keystone jack

Each box accepts any modular keystone-style connector, so it can be paired with Cat5e, Cat6 or other keystone types the builder chooses. No specialised tools are needed beyond a screwdriver for the supplied screws or a clean surface for the tape. The white finish blends with common office and home trim.

Questions about this item

Which keystone jacks do I need to supply myself for the two ports?

Any standard keystone jack fits; the box accepts Cat5e or Cat6 modules, which are sold separately.

Will the surface-mount box sit securely on a baseboard where I already have older Cat5e cabling?

Yes, the included screws and double-sided tape hold the box firmly on flat surfaces alongside existing cable runs.

How can I confirm both ports are passing traffic after I snap in the jacks and terminate the cables?

Plug a patch cord into each port and verify link lights on the connected switch or use a cable tester to confirm continuity.
