A 50 pack of two-piece BNC male crimp connectors for RG59 coaxial cable with nickel-plated brass bodies and gold-plated centre pins
This 50-pack supplies two-piece BNC male crimp connectors built for RG59 coaxial cable. Each connector uses a nickel-plated brass body with a die-cast head and a gold-plated brass centre pin. The captive centre-pin design keeps the pin aligned during termination. A two-step ferrule with strain-relief crimp helps the joint resist pull-out.
Use these when existing BNC plugs have corroded, lost their spring tension or were cut off during a re-route. The crimp method is worth the extra tool step when you need a permanent, low-loss joint that will not back out under vibration. Installers who prefer twist-on or compression fittings will not gain the same mechanical security from this style.
Verify that every cable you plan to terminate is RG59; other coax sizes will not seat correctly in the ferrule. You also need a ratchet crimp tool with the correct hex dies for the two-step ferrule. Without the proper die set the strain-relief crimp cannot be formed to specification.

They are made for RG59 coaxial cable with a two-piece crimp design.
The two-step ferrule requires both the braid and the centre conductor to be crimped; skipping the second step leaves the strain relief loose.
Replace a connector if the body shows corrosion, the pin is bent, or the crimp ferrule has cracked from repeated flexing.
