Logico Cat6 FTP Shielded CMR Bulk Ethernet Cable 550MHz Pure Copper Blue 1000ft

Cat6 FTP Shielded CMR Cable

This Logico Cat6 FTP shielded riser cable is built for indoor vertical runs between floors and inside walls. It uses 23 AWG solid bare copper conductors with an overall aluminum foil shield to reduce crosstalk and EMI. The CMR rating meets fire-safety requirements for non-plenum spaces. Supplied on a tangle-free pull reel for easier installation.

Installers needing PoE++ and 10 GbE headroom

The cable supports PoE, PoE+ and PoE++ (IEEE 802.3af/at/bt) 4PPoE up to 100 W, making it suitable for cameras, access points and other powered devices. Bandwidth is tested to 550 MHz. It is not for plenum air-handling spaces, so projects requiring CMP-rated cable should look elsewhere. Outdoor or direct-burial runs also need a different jacket type.

1000 ft reel tested to 550 MHz

The 1000 ft (305 m) length handles 1 and 5 Gigabit speeds up to 328 ft and 10 Gigabit speeds up to 165 ft depending on the installation environment. Pure copper conductors maintain signal strength over long pulls. The shielded design preserves headroom in electrically noisy pathways. Beyond the stated distance limits, 10 GbE performance drops off.
