Connects RG6 quad-shield coaxial cables with a weather-tight, brass F-type compression fitting for corrosion-resistant durability
The Logico RG6 Quad Shield F-Type Compression Connector is built for installers and DIY users terminating quad-shield coaxial cable. Its brass construction resists corrosion and withstands repeated crimping cycles. Each connector creates a weather-tight seal suited to indoor or outdoor runs. The pack contains a single connector for small jobs or spot replacements.
The all-metal body provides mechanical strength while the compression design locks onto the cable jacket and shielding layers. This joint keeps moisture out and maintains consistent impedance across the connection. No soldering or specialised tooling beyond a standard compression crimper is required. The connector stays secure through temperature swings and vibration.
The connector works with any common RG6 compression tool already in a technician’s kit. It accepts quad-shield RG6 cable without stripping back extra layers or changing die sets. The single-unit quantity lets buyers match exact project needs without surplus stock. Installers can terminate cables on site with minimal setup time.

Strip the cable to expose the centre conductor and dielectric, fold back the quad-shield braid and foil, push the connector on until the dielectric seats against the internal stop, then compress with any standard compression tool; the step most often missed is fully seating the dielectric before compressing.
The brass body resists corrosion, so no routine maintenance is required; replace the connector only if the compression seal is broken, the centre pin is bent, or water ingress appears at the joint.
The weather-tight compression seal is the first limit; prolonged UV and temperature cycling can degrade the seal and allow moisture entry, which then increases insertion loss.
