These Logico shielded RJ45 8P8C plugs terminate solid shielded Cat6 cable for voice and data runs. Each connector accepts 24AWG conductors and features a round cable entry. Gold-plated contacts are rated at 50 micron thickness. The pack contains 100 pieces.

Shielding and load-bar limits

The shielded housing protects against electromagnetic interference in noisy environments. An internal load bar aligns the eight conductors before crimping, which helps maintain Cat6 performance. These plugs are intended for solid-conductor cable only; stranded patch cable will not seat reliably. No tool or cable is included.

Crimp installation notes

A standard RJ45 crimp tool with a two-step die is required to seat the load bar and compress the shield. Common issues include reversed pair order, nicked insulation, and incomplete shield contact if the cable jacket is stripped too far back. Verify the pin-out with a cable tester after every termination.
