1U Blank Rack Panels for 19-Inch Cabinets

This two-pack of 1U blank panels fits standard 19-inch server racks and enclosures. Each panel measures 1.75 in high by 19 in wide by .39 in deep. They are built from cold rolled steel with a black electro-static powder coated finish. The panels are EIA/ECA-310 compatible.

Mounting Hardware and Airflow Management

The kit includes twelve M6 screws, twelve plastic washers and twelve cage nuts for direct installation. Panels cover unused rack units to maintain proper airflow direction and block dust from entering the cabinet. No additional brackets or adapters are required for standard EIA/ECA-310 rails.

Steel Construction Under Continuous Use

Cold rolled steel resists flexing when rack temperatures rise during sustained operation. The powder coated finish withstands repeated panel removal and reinstallation without chipping. Fixed mounting points keep the panel flush with the rail surface over long-term deployment.

Questions about this item

Will the 0.39 in depth leave enough clearance for rear cable management arms?

Each panel is 0.39 in deep, adding minimal intrusion behind the front mounting rails so most cable management arms still fit.

Do the steel panels transmit vibration or fan noise when the rack is fully populated?

Cold-rolled steel with powder coating dampens resonance; the panels add no moving parts, so they do not increase audible noise.

Are M6 cage nuts and screws included, or must I supply my own rack hardware?

The 2-pack includes 12 M6 cage nuts, 12 M6 screws and 12 plastic washers — enough for both panels.
