2.5Gbps Mini PCIe Network Adapter

This LORDWORLD adapter adds a 2.5Gbps RJ45 Ethernet port through a Mini PCI Express slot. It uses the Realtek RTL8125B controller and auto-negotiates down to 1Gbps, 100M or 10M speeds. The card fits PCs, servers, workstations and NAS units running Windows 10, Windows 11 or Linux. A low-profile bracket is included for compact chassis.

Low-Profile Thermal Design

The board uses a low-profile bracket and integrated heat dissipation to keep operating temperatures low during normal traffic. Electromagnetic interference is minimised for stable links over Cat5e or better cable up to 100m. No active cooling is required and the adapter runs silently in typical desktop or server workloads.

Sustained 2.5Gbps Throughput

Under continuous load the RTL8125B maintains 2.5Gbps full-duplex flow control with IEEE 802.3x and supports IEEE 802.3bz 2.5GBASE-T signalling. VLAN tagging (IEEE 802.1Q) and Layer 2 priority encoding (IEEE 802.1P) remain active during long transfers. PXE boot and Auto-MDIX function reliably across extended sessions.
