Double-sided tape for lavalier mics

LORDWORLD CineBuff Concealer Tape is a double-sided adhesive designed to secure lavalier microphones discreetly beneath clothing. The hypoallergenic formula is gentle on skin and fabric while resisting sweat during active use. Each pack supplies 40 pre-cut squares measuring 22 by 22 millimetres. A thumb-tab backing allows quick, clean removal without leaving residue.

Suits film, broadcast and stage crews

This tape suits production teams who need reliable, invisible mic placement on talent for long shooting days. The hypoallergenic adhesive reduces irritation risk for sensitive skin. It is not intended for heavy rigging, structural bonds or mounting anything beyond lightweight lavalier capsules. Users requiring industrial-strength hold or permanent installation should look at dedicated fastening systems.

Forty squares cover multiple shooting days

Forty pieces give enough supply for several sessions or a multi-camera shoot without reordering. Each 22-millimetre square provides sufficient contact area for standard lavalier clips and concealers. The tape loses grip when saturated with excessive moisture or oils, so very high-sweat scenarios may demand more frequent changes. Pairing with the matching CineBuff fur square can further reduce clothing rustle.

Questions about this item

What size clothing area does each 22 mm square cover?

Each piece measures 22 mm by 22 mm, giving a small square footprint that fits under most shirt fabrics without bunching.

Can I reuse a piece after peeling it off a lavalier?

The adhesive is designed for single use; once removed it loses tack and should be replaced with a fresh square from the 40-pack.

How do I know the tape is holding the mic securely during a take?

The mic stays fixed in position with no audible clothing rustle, and the square peels away cleanly without leaving residue on fabric or skin.
