On-Set Audio Tape

LORDWORLD double-sided clear tape strips come in a 30-pack designed for concealing lavalier microphones and cables under clothing. The sweat-resistant adhesive is tested by 3M AIS and rated gentle on both skin and fabric. Production sound teams and broadcast talent can secure mics quickly without wardrobe damage. It also works for anchoring in-ear monitor cabling during live performances.

Thermal Noise Power

The tape operates passively with no power draw, no fan noise and no thermal output. Its elastic construction absorbs body movement and perspiration without losing grip or becoming tacky under stage lights. Removal is smooth and residue-free, protecting sensitive skin and costly garments during long shooting days. No active cooling or electrical considerations apply to this consumable.

Build Connectors Mounting

Each strip tears easily by hand for fast application on set, eliminating the need for scissors or dispensers. The clear, double-sided format bonds fabric to skin or fabric to fabric while remaining virtually invisible on camera. Gentle adhesive release prevents cable snags when repositioning talent between takes. Not suited for permanent installations, heavy structural bonding or outdoor weatherproofing requirements.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the double-sided tape strips to conceal a lavalier microphone without damaging the mic or fabric?

Peel one side, press the tape onto the microphone or cable, then press the exposed side onto skin or clothing; the elastic design lets you lift the mic away smoothly without pulling the tape apart or leaving residue.

Will I need to replace the tape strips during a long recording session if the talent sweats?

The sweat-resistant adhesive is tested by 3M AIS to hold securely through perspiration, so each strip typically lasts the full session; you only replace a strip if you remove and reposition the microphone.

What is the first limitation I will hit when using these strips continuously under hot stage lights?

Extended heat and moisture can gradually reduce adhesive tack, so the practical limit is the tape losing grip before the 30-pack runs out.
