Converts HDMI to dual SDI outputs with automatic format detection and cable runs up to 200 metres
The LORDWORLD unit converts a single HDMI Type A source into two simultaneous SDI feeds, supporting HD-SDI and 3G-SDI standards. It is built for camera operators, live-stream producers and installers who need to send one HDMI signal to multiple SDI monitors or recorders over long cable runs. The converter is unidirectional and cannot pass SDI back to HDMI.
Two BNC ports deliver identical SDI streams and automatically detect whether the incoming HDMI signal requires HD-SDI or 3G-SDI formatting. A compact metal enclosure houses the electronics and a locking DC jack for the included power adapter, so the unit stays secured on a camera rig or in a rack without accidental disconnects. No software configuration is required.
The converter runs without a fan, relying on the metal case for silent heat dissipation during continuous operation. Power consumption remains minimal thanks to the efficient signal-processing circuitry, allowing it to run cool on the supplied adapter. Typical surface temperatures stay comfortable to the touch even after hours of 1080p60 conversion.

The HDMI input accepts 480i, 480p, 576i, 576p, 720p at 50/60 Hz, 1080i at 50/60 Hz, and 1080p at 24/25/30/50/60 Hz. The two SDI outputs auto-detect between HD-SDI and 3G-SDI to match the incoming signal.
The unit is a compact standalone box that sits on a desk or rack shelf; a matching power adapter is supplied in the box.
Connect the HDMI source to the Type A input, run SDI cables from the two BNC outputs to your monitors, then plug in the power adapter. The frequent error is trying to feed SDI into the HDMI port — this converter only works HDMI to SDI.
