Two-drawer lateral file

This Lorell 60554 lateral file provides two wide drawers for side-to-side filing of letter, legal or A4 documents. Each drawer includes a magnetic label holder and runs on ball-bearing slides. The fully assembled steel cabinet has a non-porous black finish that is easy to clean and disinfect.

Offices needing high-density filing

Suits workspaces that store large volumes of paper in a compact footprint and want drawers that lock together for security. Not suited for buyers who need fire-rated protection, more than two drawers, or a mobile pedestal on casters.

Interlock safety system

The built-in interlock mechanism prevents more than one drawer from opening at a time, and a counterweight keeps the cabinet stable when a drawer is fully extended. This single feature determines whether the unit meets your safety requirements for busy office aisles.
