Questions about this item

Will the 18-inch width fit alongside my existing 18-inch deep desk return?

The cabinet is 18 inches wide and 26.5 inches deep, so it extends well beyond an 18-inch return; allow at least 26.5 inches of clearance from the wall.

How can I confirm the ball-bearing suspension is operating correctly after assembly?

Open and close each drawer fully; they should glide smoothly on the ball-bearing slides without binding, and the lock should engage cleanly when the key is turned.
