60-inch Mahogany Credenza Shell

The Lorell 69378 credenza shell provides a 60-inch wide mahogany laminate worksurface for private offices or executive suites. Its one-inch thick top resists daily wear while the full modesty panel adds privacy. Metal-to-metal cam-lock joints keep the frame rigid during assembly and reconfiguration. Adjustable feet compensate for uneven floors without tools.

Sustained daily use stability

The laminate surface resists scratches and spills from continuous paperwork and equipment placement. Cam-lock connections maintain structural integrity when the unit is moved or reconfigured over time. Adjustable feet preserve level alignment on shifting floor surfaces without loosening. The 3mm PVC edges protect corners from impact damage during long-term use.

Upgrades basic work tables

This credenza replaces freestanding tables that lack integrated cord management or modesty panels. The pre-drilled grommet holes eliminate makeshift cable routing across the desktop. Brackets support L-shaped layouts and bridge returns for expanding workstations. Buyers needing built-in drawers or lateral files must add compatible pedestals separately.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the 69378 credenza shell generate during all-day use?

The credenza shell is a passive laminate and metal unit with no moving parts, so it produces no heat and makes no noise while in place.

Which separate components must I already own to make the 60" x 24" shell functional as a desk?

Box/file hanging pedestals are sold separately and are required for storage; the shell includes pre-drilled holes and metal inserts for attaching them.

Will the 29-1/2" high mahogany laminate surface align with older returns or bridges I already have?

The shell is designed with brackets for L-shaped configurations and bridge returns, and its 60" width, 24" depth and 29-1/2" height match standard Lorell executive desk dimensions.
